Christine Thorpe

Managing Director

Christine Thorpe is currently Managing Director of Digital Telecom Airtime Limited.

Having been a partner in Digital Telecom Airtime partnership since 2004, the move due to business growth and development meant the best way forward for the partnership was to become a wholesaler which meant incorporation of the partnership to a Limited Company.

Christine has been involved in the telecoms industry for over 8 years, firstly as a broker working from home then in partnership with Digital Telecom (UK) Ltd

Prior to the Telecoms Industry she worked for Newsquest Media Group for over 16 years in sales and customer service, this experience has been invaluable within the infrastructure of Digital Telecom Airtime Limited

Christine constantly looks at strategies on how to move the business forward in the ever changing telecoms industry without compromising the client advice and support from which the business has grown from strength to strength.

Mark Monaghan

Sales Director

Mark has worked in the telecoms industry since 1995 gaining a wealth of experience dealing with PLC's down to the SME market. Mark's experience means he can look at the way companies use their communications and recommend changes that will enhance the way in which they operate and recommend cost reductions where applicable.

Ian Taylor

Technical Director

Ian has over 20 years experience in the installation and maintenance of telecoms products and services. Starting with his apprenticeship at Mercury Communications (Cable & Wireless) up to today where he manages the Service department and the back office for technical support in line ordering, fault reports on the BT Portal (WLR3)

Ian is also actively involved in Digital Telecom Airtime Limited's billing platform

Rob Pointon

Office Supervisor

Rob started in Telecoms in 2002 after graduating from Staffordshire University with a Computing Science degree and has remained within the industry ever since. Initially starting at Singlepoint, then Vodafone, Caudwell Communications and most recently, Chess Telecom. Rob's strengths are knowledge of all telecom products, billing/system analysis and corporate account management.

Rob's main focuses are to ensure accurate and timely billing, as well as being the main liaison with Digital Telecom partners and BT.

Donna Catterall

Customer Support Supervisor

Donna has worked at Digital Telecom Airtime since 2006. She is an intermediary between customers and service providers. Giving advice and answering customer queries she is a friendly and valued member of staff.

Donna has a fantastic knowledge of Digital Telecom customers and their order history. Her other talents include maintenance of the billing system, customer audits, and knowledge of BT products and services

Vanessa Edge

Customer Service Supervisor

Vanessa has been with Digital Telecom Airtime since 2006. She is the first point of contact for customer service related calls. Want to order a new line? Billing enquiry? Need advice?
