Kutchenhaus - The German Kitchen Company

Kutchenhaus are the Retail Division of Nobilia, Europe's largest manufacturer of solid, pre-built kitchen units which include top brand appliances, to countries throughout Europe and around the world. 1 in 3 kitchens in Germany are built by Nobilia. The company has been building and supplying top quality German kitchens since 1945.

Kutchenhaus, now have 8 kitchen showrooms throughout the UK.

The Challenge

Kutchenhaus wanted to deal with a single company who could provide for all their telecommunications requirements, from line installations, consistent costs, Broadband provision and telephone hardware. Kutchenhaus wanted to work with a company that offered competitive call and hardware pricing, coupled with exceptional customer care. Kutchenhaus had an aggressive expansion policy, especially during this time of recession and required a Telecommunications Company to take the address of their new stores and ensure that all communications necessary were project managed to a successful conclusion, whilst meeting the company's strict opening deadlines.

Solution

Kutchenhaus developed a partnership with Digital Telecom to project manage their new installations and co-ordinate with all the relevant 3rd parties (BT Openreach, ISP's)

Each site installation is managed in regular consultation with the IT Manager.

The cost of the line installation is consistent with no hidden additional charges.

All stores are charged the same rates for line rental and calls. All broadband is 1:1 contention with business upload speeds.

Outcome

The IT Manager at Kutchenhaus can concentrate on the internal infrastructure and data knowing that the lines and calls will be installed, on time and at the right price. The telephone systems are also provided by Digital Telecom UK Ltd giving Kutchenhaus complete consolidation of all their telecommunications requirements from equipment hardware, line rental and call charges. This solution means that whatever the issue Kutchenhaus only need to ring one number to resolve the problem, without the headache of trying to deal with multiple suppliers and the associated issues this brings when dealing with problem resolution. This partnership has given Kutchenhaus an unquantifiable amount of savings in their manpower hours enabling them to concentrate on what they do best, supplying and installing their kitchens!
